In war-torn Kyiv, Maria encounters her alter ego, a foreign journalist named David. Together they embark on an odyssey through the city's past, present, and imagined futures. As reality blurs with memory and myth, Maria is forced to confront what she stands for in a quest to rediscover meaning amidst the ruins of what she once called home.
